Sleepy Hollow spoilers: Can Ichabod interrogate the horseman in ‘Necromancer’?

Headless Horseman from Sleepy Hollow

This week’s Sleepy Hollow took an unexpected turn as Ichabod and Abbie finally managed to trap the headless horseman. If your jaw was on the floor with those events, you’ve got to be wondering what one does with with a hulking supernatural killer that has no head.

Yeah, Ichabod wants to interrogate the horseman with no discernable means of talking back. Things are about to get mighty weird(er) in Sleepy Hollow.

In Necromancer, Abbie and Ichabod want to get the horseman’s story. Ichabod explains that the horseman knows “what evil is planning to attack next”, and the teaser caption poses the question “Does death itself have a tale to tell?” Abbie seems to agree with Crane, saying that others are coming, and the horseman may be the key to that.

However, Ichabod may be too emotionally invested in this – we see him yelling that he’s in control. Which is generally a sign that someone isn’t in control. Here’s the official episode synopsis for Necromancer:

Ichabod (Tom Mison), Abbie (Nicole Beharie), Captain Irving (Orlando Jones), and Jenny Mills (guest star Lyndie Greenwood) join forces and face the Headless Horseman.
