Idol Bites: Five Things We Learned This Week About Our Favorite Reality Shows

Dancing With the Stars is heading to Las Vegas. A Vegas residency is slated for February at the Tropicana. The dance show will feature a variety of DWTS professional dancers, with performances from past DWTS winners. Season nine winner Donny Osmond is confirmed for the live show.

American Idol’s Chris Daughtry will join Snoop Dogg, Jenny McCarthy, Neil Patrick Harris and Heidi Klum on a Celebrity Edition of “The Price is Right.” Each celeb will play for their charity of choice. The show will air at the end of January.

Big shocker- Simon Cowell admits that he didn’t like Paula Abdul at first on American Idol! “We really disliked each other that much. I think it was sexual tension – on her part,” he told BBC News. Wonder what Paula Abdul has to say about this one!

Scotty McCreery is planning on spending his holidays handing out gifts to children in the Dominican Republic. From December 27-31, the American Idol winner is taking part in a mission trip to give back.

Adam Lambert is ready to give fans a taste of his sophomore album “Trespassing.” Though the album is expected for a 2012 release, “Better Than I Know Myself” is available on YouTube now. As for the entire album, Adam Lambert described it as “Nine Inch Nails meets Saturday Night Fever.”
