Horse Entrance Trumps Grandma on The Bachelor
For the last three weeks we’ve been watching to see if bringing your grandma to the introduction party on The Bachelor was more impressive than riding in on a horse. Well, one bachelorette made it easiest for us to find out how that would pan out after last night’s episode.
Lindzi was the first girl to try to leave a lasting impression on Bachelor Ben when she showed up not by limo as the other girls did, but on a horse because she loves riding. The entrance left a lasting impression on Ben who even mentioned it to his sister on last night’s episode. Brittney showed up with Grandma to show that she’s close to her family, oh and apparently Grandma was a huge fan of Bachelor Ben.
When invites were handed out for solo dates in San Francisco, Brittney won the battle. She and Emily were originally the only girls asked for solo dates in the City on the Bay. However, Brittney broke down and quite maturely handled the fact that she wasn’t interested in the competition anymore. That’s right- she left with about about ¾ less tears than Jenna cried every week. Horse trumps Grandma officially, but only by disqualification. Grandma made quite the impression though when Ben closed the taxi behind Brittney, telling her to “say hi to Grandma.”
And on a random note.. If you’re a big fan of The Bachelor Season 16 and have an extra $36,000 lying around you can call the Sonoma mansion yours! For $2,100 a night, $13,225 a week or $35,225 a month you can stay at the vineyard mansion according to Zillow.com. Sounds like some money.. Well… spent..
