Steven Tyler is no stranger to rehab. The Aerosmith rocker openly admits he was addicted to a number of substances including Xanax and Lunesta. The American Idol judge discussed in his autobiography “Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?” that he finds Celebrity Rehab to be unethical.
Tyler witnessed an occurrence between ex-Guns ‘N Roses member Steven Adler and Celebrity Rehab producers during one stay at a Los Angeles facility. During this time Adler was told by Celebrity Rehab to fake his drug stupor for cameras according to Tyler.

Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler has been added to the lineup of the latest series of Celebrity Rehab.
The troubled star has previously starred in Dr. Drew’s hit programme in 2008. A psychotic drink and drugs binge and suicidal ramblings prompted Drew to convince Adler to enter into a drug detoxification at Las Encinas Hospital. During the course of Celebrity Rehab 2 Adler’s treatment was shown in great detail, revealing that his childhood and young adulthood was one of neglect and betrayal.

Heidi Montag has reportedly signed up for reality TV show ‘Celebrity Rehab’.
The former ‘Hills’ star – who famously underwent 10 cosmetic surgery procedures in one day and has complained about back pain after having her chest enlarged to a G-cup – is said to have joined season five of the show, which is hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky and sees stars get help for their problems, which are usually drink or drug related.

Michael Lohan has been announced as a new contestant for ‘Celebrity Rehab’ and intends to undergo treatment for anger management issues.
The father of troubled star Lindsay Lohan – who just recently emerged from a stint in rehab herself – will take part in the reality TV show, which is hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky and sees stars get help for their problems, which are usually drink or drug related.
However, sources close to Michael – who has battled addictions in the past – insist he is sober but is keen to get his temper under control.
